How we handle your information.

• The site has no forms, accounts, tracking cookies or analytics.
• Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to run and secure the site.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to arrange your Home Assessment. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

Looking after a house means knowing it well. We record details such as its systems, shutoffs, vendors, schedules, access arrangements and when you’re away.

• We use this information only to look after your home.
• We share with a vendor only what they need for a specific job.
• Keys, alarm codes and gate codes are stored securely, never sent by email or text, and never written on key tags.
• We never sell or rent your information, and we never show your home in our marketing without your written permission.
• We keep your records while you’re a member and delete them within 12 months after membership ends, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires otherwise.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bramstons.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
